Mr. Jophinus Musundi and others want the General Secretary Mr. Seth Panyako and 135 others who attended the National Governing Council meeting held on 29th August, 2014 at St. Andrews Church to be jailed for contempt of court in which they allege to have served the Union with a court order stopping the meeting.p
