To provide a democratic and legal platform to unite nurses for the mutual protection and economic, political and social empowerment through progressive collective bargaining, negotiations, welfare work, education, effective representation, arbitrations, conciliations, diplomacy and industrial action, in order to free nurses from victimization, economic exploitation and restore nurses deserved self-esteem.
