    The Court has officially adopted the Return to Work Agreements for Machakos and Kajiado Counties, elevating them to binding Court Orders.

    As such, the Union urges immediate and full compliance from the respective County Governments.

    While we mourn the loss of life, we must address the systemic failures that make such tragedies inevitable.

    The tragic maternal death at Kenyenya Sub-County Hospital was a failure of the system, not the nurse on duty. The facts are outlined in the letter attached below.
