As you are aware the President signed into law the Health Act 2017, as a result of that action, nurses across the country have raised numerous complains on the provisions therein.
We wish to inform you that the union is engaging services of an advocate to file a petition in court to challenge any offending provisions in the said law. You are hereby requested to give the union any valuable input as we embark on this journey specifically in the following areas:-
1. Nurses and other health workers who shall be affected e.g current in charges.
2. Sections of the law you need to be challenged.
3. Any petitions made to Parliament/Senate on the above subject.
