Within the meaning of the Union Constitution Chapter VII, Clause 7b and Chapter IX Clause 3, I hereby Give Notice that there shall be a By-Election to fill position created by the action of the National Governing Council to expel seven (7) National Executive Council Officials.
VACANT POSITIONS
(i) National Chairperson.
(ii) Deputy National Chairperson
(iii) National Organizing/ Recruitment Secretary
(iv) National Chief Trustee
(v) Deputy National Chief Trustee
(vi) National Treasurer
(vii) Deputy General Secretary
Nomination Forms shall be picked from the union headquarters beginning Monday 15th December 2014 between 9:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m
Nominations Forms shall be issued upon payments of Non-refundable application fee of KSHs. 2,000.
Dully Filled Nomination Forms should be returned to the Union Headquarters on or before Friday the 19th December 2014 at 4:00P.M.
No applications shall be accepted after the deadline.
