The Union has now obtained a certificate of registration of Trade Mark and ownership of its logo under rule 63 of the Trademarks Act.Cap.506 of Laws of Kenya.
Any body who henceforth uses the union’s logo without any proper authorization of the General Secretary will be dealt with in the fullness of the Law.
