Win For The Union as Court Orders Payment of Withheld Salaries for January and February 2021.
Employment and Labour Relations Court in Kisumu ordered Siaya and Kisumu Counties to pay Nurses their January and February 2021 salaries within the next 45 days from the date of the Judgment. The Court found that withholding of Nurses Salaries by the County Public Service Boards of Siaya and Kisumu was unfair Labour practice and breach of contract between the parties.
