i) Since her formation and registration, the KNUN has signed Recognition Agreements with all the 47 County Governments, National Government, Private Hospitals And State Corporation Hospitals.

ii)       The union has negotiated and signed Collective Bargaining Agreements with both public and private hospitals in Kenya. i.e Moi Teaching & Referral Hospital, Kijabe Mission Hospital, Tenwek Mission Hospital.

iii)     Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiations for nurses under County Governments is in progress as well as Jacaranda Health Limited.

iv)       The union has also negotiated for Nursing Service Allowance for all the nurses working in County Governments hospitals.

v)        The Union has passionately defended her members in court on matters of unfair Labour practices by employers and rights of association.

vi)      Successfully held a Labor and Health Workforce Scientific conference. The very first one in East Africa.

vii)   In the vision of expansion, the Union prides herself of 54 Operational branches in the country
