Within the meaning of the Union Constitution Chapter VII, Clause 7b and Chapter IX Clause 3, I hereby Give Notice that there shall be a By-Election to fill positions created by the action of the National Executive Council to expel seven (7) Branch Officials of Kakamega County.
VACANT POSITIONS
1. Branch Chairperson.
2. Branch Deputy Chairperson
3. Branch Secretary
4. Branch Deputy Secretary
5. Branch Treasurer
6. Branch Trustee
7. Branch Organizing/Recruitment Secretary.
Applications forms shall either be picked or sent from the union headquarters beginning Tuesday, 12th February 2015 between 9:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m, upon payment of an Application fee of Kshs. 2,000 to the account number given below:
