\nWithin the meaning of the Union Constitution Chapter VII, Clause 7b and Chapter IX Clause 3, I hereby Give Notice that there shall be a By-Election to fill position created by the action of the National Governing Council to expel seven (7) National Executive Council Officials.<\/p>\n

VACANT POSITIONS<\/p>\n

(i) National Chairperson.
\n(ii) Deputy National Chairperson
\n(iii) National Organizing\/ Recruitment Secretary
\n(iv) National Chief Trustee
\n(v) Deputy National Chief Trustee
\n(vi) National Treasurer
\n(vii) Deputy General Secretary<\/p>\n

Nomination Forms shall be picked from the union headquarters beginning Monday 15th December 2014 between 9:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m<\/p>\n

Nominations Forms shall be issued upon payments of Non-refundable application fee of KSHs. 2,000.<\/p>\n

Dully Filled Nomination Forms should be returned to the Union Headquarters on or before Friday the 19th December 2014 at 4:00P.M.<\/p>\n

No applications shall be accepted after the deadline.<\/p>\n
